Description of Service

htmlbin is a free service that allows users to paste HTML code and receive a shareable link. No registration is required. The service is hosted on Vercel and data is stored on Turso in the AWS us-east-2 region.

Prohibited Content

You may not use htmlbin to share content that:

  • Is illegal under applicable law
  • Constitutes spam, phishing, or fraud
  • Contains malware or malicious code intended to harm others
  • Harasses, threatens, or harms individuals or groups
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is sexually explicit or depicts minors in a harmful manner
  • Violates any third party's privacy or rights

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the HTML content you submit. By submitting content, you grant htmlbin a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store and serve that content as part of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

htmlbin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or fitness for any particular purpose. Submitted content may be removed at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, htmlbin and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from user-generated content hosted on the platform.

Third-Party Content

Content on paste pages is user-generated and does not represent the views of htmlbin. We are not responsible for user-generated content, but we will act on valid abuse reports.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
